I aim to inspire every individual to be the best of what they can be through healthy nutrition for weight maintenance, exercise tips for well-being and fitness tips for aesthetic sculpting of the body. I also want to be a role model for women to be able to express themselves and their creativity.
My background: I am a Kiwi (New Zealander) with Indian ethnicity. I have completed two university degrees (four majors) and post graduate studies. I hope to inspire people, especially women, to take care of their health and be strong in their life and know that it is possible to achieve things if she puts her mind to it.
